Teen Board

The Shalom Park Freedom School Teen Board is a group of dedicated high school students who volunteer as Freedom School classroom assistants for at least two weeks during the summer.  Teen Board members learn about how the Freedom School program helps to close the academic achievement gap for low income students, assist with and lead fun activities, and develop meaningful relationships with Freedom School scholars and staff.

The Teen Board is open to rising 10th through 12th graders.

Please see the Teen Board Application under the GET INVOLVED tab.
